    Fireless Kitchen is a restaurant that serves a special kind food that doesn’t require fire to cook. This technique is called Sous-vide (French for vacuum), it is a cooking method that relies on temperature and time. Prior to putting the food sous-vide, the ingredients are meticulously seasoned by Chef Sid. Helming for 12 years a 5-star international kitchen, he intended to bring the best of food in terms of quality, price and healthiness.
